Parish Fellowship
Weekly Hospitality
To foster our community spirit, St. Leonard’s has coffee and treats every Sunday, following the liturgy. On the 2nd Sunday of the month, a pot-luck brunch is shared. Community members are invited to provide a free-will donation, which are in turn distributed to the Second Harvest Food Bank.
Christmas Faire
St. Leonard’s hosts an annual Christmas Faire on the Sunday before Thanksgiving. A delicious brunch, bake sale, craft sale, cash raffle, and silent auction are all parts of a very special day. Neighbors, other church members and extended family all join in the fun. Please join us November 24, 2013.
Lent Reflection & Fellowship
St. Leonard’s parish uses Lent as a time both for reflection and fellowship. A weekly series of soup and bread suppers brings parishioners together for guided readings, talks and discussions after Mass and a meal. This culminates in a popular Seder meal that commemorates the ancient Jewish Seder tradition during Easter Week. We’ve reprinted the soups that kept us nourished physically for our spiritual reflections.
